Once again, there will be more rain chances on the way Friday. The morning commute will be mainly sunny and dry with temps starting in the 70s.

Scattered showers and storms will begin developing to our northwest late Friday morning, moving into eastern Nebraska and Omaha by early afternoon, exiting the region to our south by late afternoon. These storms could contain strong winds and hail, including heavy downpours. We will monitor for severe weather.

Any rain will exit the region before Friday evening, leaving the beginning of the weekend hours quieter.

The sunshine is back in full force Saturday, getting us warmer. Highs will be in the upper 80s.

We stay in the upper 80s Sunday. Most of the day will be dry, but another round of scattered rain and storms will move in late Sunday.

A weak cold front will drop us into the low 80s Monday with some hit and miss storms.

We quickly warm back up into midweek, making it to the low 90s on Wednesday.
